In a cozy, spring-inspired atmosphere, the event created unforgettable moments. The "Tet Reunion" event was not just a year-end review but also an opportunity to strengthen team spirit and inspire the entire team to enter the new year with the highest confidence and determination. CELEBRATING TET REUNION WITH CSVC

On December 21, 2024, the “Run for Children - 2024” program took place at the Binh Chau-Phuoc Buu Nature Reserve. This annual community event, rich in humanitarian significance, aims to raise funds to support underprivileged children in Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province. The event was organized by CSVC in collaboration with sponsors. With the message "Every Stride – Every Heart", the event not only promoted a spirit of sportsmanship but also conveyed profound humanitarian values. The event attracted more than 160 employees and contractors. At the same time, a total of 76 scholarships were awarded to disadvantaged students in Xuyen Moc District, including 51 scholarships worth 1,500,000 VND and 25 scholarships worth 1,000,000 VND. These scholarships represent CSVC’s commitment to supporting the community and nurturing the educational dreams of young children. Each stride taken during the run was not just an action but also a gesture of hope and immense motivation for the country’s future generations. In November, CSVC Company successfully organized the 2024 Team Building program for all employees on November 16 and November 30. This is one of the company’s annual activities aimed at fostering unity and strengthening connections between departments. This year’s program featured a variety of engaging activities, ranging from physical games to challenges requiring strategic thinking. These activities not only provided employees with relaxation and stress relief but also offered opportunities to develop leadership skills and seamless coordination in real-life scenarios. Throughout the program, the company’s leadership team was present to encourage and share important messages about teamwork. The General Director emphasized: “Team building is a core activity in our human resource development strategy. On September 14, 2024, in coordination with other sponsors, CSVC accompanied BRVT Provincial Radio & Television Station to organize "The Moon of Love 2024" program for poor children in Cu Bi Commune, Chau Duc District, BRVT Province. At the program, children got free haircuts, enjoyed the exciting cultural program, received Mid-autumn gifts. In particular, blending into the joyful atmosphere of the festival, Deputy General Director of CSVC Mr. Murayama and his Japanese friends performed a number of clarinets, flute, saxophone ensemble with familiar children's songs that were enthusiastically cheered by the students. On this occasion, CSVC gave 200 Mid-autumn gifts to the children with a value of 40,000,000 VND. In addition to contributing to the organization cost, CSVC also actively responded to the donation activity for the Northern people who are suffering from the heavy impact and damage of Typhoon Yagi with the hope that the people can quickly overcome the consequences and rebuild their lives. Through the "The Moon of Love 2024" program, CSVC hopes to compensate for the deficiencies in the children’s childhood, encourage to help them gain more strength and strive to study.

On the morning of September 11, 2024, representatives of the Company and CSVC Trade Union, through the Social Work Department of Ba Ria Hospital, visited and gave gifts to 33 HIV-infected children who are undergoing outpatient treatment at Ba Ria Hospital. The total value of the gifts amounted to 33,000,000 VND. This is the 3rd consecutive year of accompanying this program, the Company and Trade Union wish to help these children have joyful moments, optimism and more strength to overcome diseases.

On the occasion of Mid-Autumn Festival - Moon Season 2024, on September 6, 2024, on behalf of the Board of Directors, M4 gave a gift of moon cakes to all employees. This is an annual traditional activity, expressing the affection and greetings for reunion from the Board of Directors to each individual in the company. This meaningful gift not only shows care and gratitude for the contributions of employees but also encourages and motivates the working spirit of the team throughout the past time.

“Green Forest – Green Future” is the slogan of the afforestation program “CSVC – Journey to the green future” which was completed on August 17, 2024. In collaboration with the Joy Foundation and the Binh Chau - Phuoc Buu Nature Reserve, CSVC has contributed 2,000 valuable trees with a total investment of 70,000,000 VND. The event attracted 54 volunteers, all of whom were employees of the company. Also in the program, volunteers not only participated in planting trees but also had the opportunity to visit the Reserve, experience the natural beauty and learn about the unique characteristics of the forest. With the enthusiastic guidance of experienced forest rangers, the volunteers have more knowledge about different types of forest trees. CSVC believes that this is a sustainable activity to spread the spirit of environmental protection and love of nature to the community. And above all, every tree planted is a green sprout that CSVC wants to contribute to our planet in the future.
