CSVC AND BA RIA HOSPITAL PARTNER TO PROVIDE FREE MEDICAL CHECK-UPS AND MEDICINES FOR 200 RESIDENTS IN TAN PHUOC WARD

On May 23, 2026, China Steel And Nippon Steel Vietnam Joint Stock Company (CSVC) collaborated with Ba Ria Hospital to conduct a free medical examination and medicine distribution program for 200 disadvantaged residents and elderly people living alone in Tan Phuoc Ward. With the professional support of Ba Ria Hospital's medical team, the program offered comprehensive health check-ups, health consultations, and medication provision. This activity is part of CSVC's annual series of healthcare programs, aiming to promote comprehensive healthcare for the local community.

CSVC LAUNCHES THE "GODMOTHER PROGRAM” IN CHAU PHA COMMUNE

On May 19, 2026, China Steel And Nippon Steel Vietnam Joint Stock Company (CSVC), in collaboration with the Women's Union and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Chau Pha Commune, officially launched the "Godmother" program for orphaned children who have lost both parents and are in particularly difficult circumstances. The program is implemented starting from the second quarter of 2026, reflecting the company's spirit of sharing and community responsibility toward the locality.

In 2026, CSVC commits to supporting and sponsoring 24 children in special circumstances with an estimated total budget of 108 million VND. Accordingly, each child will receive financial support of 500,000 VND per month, distributed on a quarterly basis to help cover their educational and daily living expenses.

Through the "Godmother" program, CSVC wishes to provide additional motivation and create favorable conditions for the children to overcome hardships, confidently pursue their studies, and aim for a brighter future. This is also one of the meaningful activities within the sustainable development and community engagement orientation that the Company has consistently focused on throughout its operations.

LEADERS OF HO CHI MINH CITY PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE VISIT CSVC

On the morning of March 2, 2026, in the festive atmosphere of the New Year, Mr. Hoang Nguyen Dinh, Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, along with leaders from various municipal departments and agencies, visited and extended Lunar New Year greetings to CSVC. During the working session, Ho Chi Minh City leaders acknowledged and highly commended CSVC's efforts in 2025, particularly for achieving 99% of its production target, thereby making a positive contribution to the city’s overall economic growth. He also expressed his expectation that CSVC will continue to promote its pioneering role, foster innovation, and enhance its competitiveness. The City's leadership reaffirmed their commitment to consistently supporting businesses and promptly resolving any challenges they may face. They concluded by wishing CSVC's Board of Management and all employees abundant health, peace, and great success in the Lunar New Year of the Horse (Binh Ngo) 2026.

CSVC ATTENDS HCMC LEADERS' NEW YEAR MEETING WITH INVESTORS AND ENTERPRISES

In early Spring 2026, CSVC was honored to be invited by the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee to the Municipal Leaders' Meeting with domestic and international investors and enterprises. On February 5, 2026, Mr. Sung, Su-Chuan, General Director of CSVC, represented the company at the conference. CSVC’S MANAGEMENT BOARD VISITS EMPLOYEES FOR LUNAR NEW YEAR
